‘LGCF – raising funds for the School and Pre-school’

Welcome! If you don’t know who we are, we are a group of parents who organise fun events to raise funds for Greenshoots pre-school and the school.
Further to our recent Annual General Meeting I am pleased to introduce a new member to the forum – Becky Farr-Barron. Becky is mum to Jacob who will start at Greenshoots next year and Amber who has just started in Foundation. We hope Becky enjoys her time in the forum. We would also like to say a huge thank you to Janie Paxton-Yeo, Michelle Smith and Debbie McDonnell for all their hard work. Sadly they have had to leave the forum due to other commitments.
You can join the parents forum at any time. Simply speak to the school office for further details.
Since last September 2012, £5,800 has been raised! This was by holding the following events – Mufti Days, Easy fundraising, Bags to School, Foody sales, Toy Sale, Bingo night, Halloween and Easter Discos, Summer Fair, Christmas Fair, Christmas Cards, Jubilee Mugs.
