R.E. Greenshoots Fees and Procedures for School Starters in September 2015
Dear Parents / Carers,
A small amount of you have asked if Greenshoots can support you with the care of your children when they start school in September, as they will not be going full time straight away. We are pleased to support you and after a discussion with the Trustees we have agreed a procedure and fee charges for this to take place.
Greenshoots will be available to you for the first few weeks of term from Monday 7th September to Friday 18th September, every weekday between 8.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. You can access as much or as little care as you need between these dates and times.
Arrangements for the care of your child need to be made with Greenshoots on an individual basis. You will then receive an invoice detailing the costs of using our services.
Fees will be charged will be £3.50 per hour and an additional £1.70 if your child stays to lunch during the preschool time. If you access care within the times of our wraparound care the fees are £3.75 for each breakfast club from 8.00 a.m. – 8.45 a.m., £4.75 from 3.00 p.m. – 4.00 p.m. and £3.75 an hour thereafter up to 6.00 p.m.
We will be liaising closely with the Reception unit to ensure safety and care of your child at all times.
