The Laira Green Trust AGM was held before the Greenshoots Christmas Event. Wednesday 14th December, 2015, 9.00 am

The families of Greenshoots children were welcomed to the meeting by the Chairperson, Becky Farr-Barron.
The Laira Green Trust Annual Report 2016 was presented by the current Chairperson, Becky Farr-Barron, copy of report attached.
The Finance Report was presented by Becky Farr-Barron on behalf of Otto Jeff, Treasurer, copy of report available on request.
A full copy of the accounts for 2015 can be viewed / requested at Greenshoots Pre-school.
Re-election of Officers for 2016/2017
The Trustees resigned from their positions. Becky Farr- Barron confirmed that absent Trustees had confirmed their wish to remain in post for a further year.
The following were confirmed for the forthcoming year as a result of a unanimous vote amongst attending parents/carers.
Chair – Rebecca Farr-Barron
Secretary – Emma Lynch
Treasurer – Otto Jeff
Parent Trustee – Claire Tuck
Becky Farr- Barron asked parents/carers present to consider joining the board of Trustees and advised that they speak to a member of Greenshoots Staff if they are interested.
The Annual General Meeting finished at approximately 9.45 and the Parents/ Carers and Trustees enjoyed the Christmas songs performed by the children of Greenshoots Pre-school, followed by refreshments.
