Dear Parents / Carers,
Above is your invitation to the Greenshoots Christmas Performance and our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Plus please find attached a copy of our Christmas Home Learning and the Christmas Songs we are learning at Pre-school so you can help your children to learn them at home.
Firstly our lovely Greenshoots trustees will hold our AGM where they will tell you all about what has been happening at Greenshoots over the last 12 months. They will then elect trustees for the following year. If anyone is interested in becoming a trustee of Greenshoots then please let me know and I can give you some more information.
Next the children will be performing some lovely Christmas songs for you on the stage in the school hall. We would like them all to dress up in something Christmassy for example Father Christmas, snowman, angel, Christmas tree, reindeer etc. so we can do a little parade of Christmas outfits! Therefore we ask that you provide your child with an outfit of their choosing. The Greenshoots staff will happily support you with ideas for outfits.
Following the children’s performance their will be an exciting Christmas raffle with various prizes to win. Tickets will be on sale shortly. There will also be refreshments available in the hall and you can chat informally with other parents, members of staff and our trustees.
Everyone is welcome to join us even if it is not your child’s usual day. Also you are welcome to bring other relatives along to watch the performance.
This will be a lovely event for you to come and share in so we do hope you will come along. If you have any queries or questions please just ask.
