Dear Parents and Carers, preparation is starting for the years SEND Parent Carer Conference.
This day is aimed at all parent / carers (including foster parents) who care for a child or young person 0-25 years who has any type of disability or additional need.
There will be information sessions / workshops / activity and info stands as well as the opportunity for you to speak to a professional on a 1:1 basis.
Date for your diary WEDNESDAY 08/05/19 in the Guildhall
